At Happy Hog Creative Co., many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order. Please allow time for your item to be created before it is shipped.

Processing & Production Times

Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization. The estimated processing time for an item will be provided in the product listing when applicable.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your order. Shipping time begins after your completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.

Personalized Orders & Proofs

For products requiring additional information, photographs, artwork, handwriting samples, or design approval, processing time may not begin until all required information has been received.

If a design proof is required, delays in approving the proof may affect the estimated completion and delivery date.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Happy Hog Creative Co. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but Happy Hog Creative Co. cannot guarantee replacement or refund of packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order.

Packages Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to Happy Hog Creative Co. because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery, or other customer-related delivery issue, we will contact you.

Additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order. Personalized and custom products returned to us because of a delivery issue are not eligible for a refund solely because the package was returned.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

Local Pickup

When local pickup is available, pickup instructions will be provided directly to the customer after the order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete and ready.

At Happy Hog Creative Co., each order is created with care, and many of our products are personalized or made specifically for you. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made by Happy Hog Creative Co.

Please carefully review all names, dates, monograms, sizes, colors, wording, photos, and other personalization information before submitting your order. Happy Hog Creative Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from information entered or approved incorrectly by the customer.

If a design proof is provided, please review it carefully. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Non-Personalized Items

Unused, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Unless the return is due to an error by Happy Hog Creative Co. or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Earrings

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all earring sales are final and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, including unworn earrings, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Happy Hog Creative Co.

Please review the product description, dimensions, colors, materials, and earwire information carefully before ordering.

If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will be happy to work with you toward an appropriate replacement or refund.

Apparel

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. Because personalized or decorated apparel is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

If we send the incorrect size or make an error in the personalization or decoration, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Please keep the item and original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as they may be needed for a shipping claim.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control. Shipping estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed by Happy Hog Creative Co.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

Order Cancellations

Because many Happy Hog products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production has begun. Once materials have been cut, engraved, embroidered, printed, personalized, or otherwise prepared specifically for your order, cancellation or refund may no longer be possible.

Handmade Variations

Because our products are handmade and may incorporate natural materials such as wood, slight variations in grain, color, texture, placement, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Customer-Provided Items

Items supplied by customers for engraving, embroidery, or other customization are subject to our separate Customer-Provided Items Policy. Please review that policy before submitting an item for customization.
