YOUR HANDWRITING IS PRESERVED
I do not simply retype your recipe in a handwriting-style font. Your actual submitted handwriting is used to create the engraving. Small imperfections, unique letter shapes, and other characteristics are part of what makes your recipe special.
For the best results, please provide a clear, well-lit photo or high-quality scan taken as straight above the recipe as possible. Older, faded, stained, or damaged recipes are welcome. I will do my best to work with the original image provided.
PLEASE NOTE
Because natural wood varies, each cutting board will have its own unique grain, coloring, knots, and markings. These natural variations are not considered defects and make every board one of a kind.
The engraved side is best suited for display or decorative use if you would like to preserve the engraving. If using the board for food preparation, I recommend using the opposite side for cutting.
